I coach and teach creative people and entrepreneurs about personal energy management to design their ideal lifestyle. I do this through Flow Science, Heart Rate Variability tracking, Sleep Hygiene, and elements of Positive and Behavioral psychology. With a variety of arts experience and years of working with artists of all types, my mission is to make the phrase "starving artist" a phrase of the past.
