Hey :) My name is Rob, and I am a certified executive coach with a passion for helping technical professionals achieve their full potential. I enjoy coaching individuals with a wide range of background, but I have a particular affinity for coaching technical professionals. As a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years' experience, I understand some of the unique challenges in helping people in their personal and leadership development. I specialise in helping you develop the leadership skills and interpersonal abilities necessary to succeed in today's complex and face-paced environments. My coaching philosophy is grounded in a belief that there is inherent potential in every individual. I work with my clients to help them identify and overcome limiting belief and self-doubt, and develop the confidence and self-awareness necessary to take their career and leadership abilities to where they want to grow. My approach is personalised and results oriented. I use a variety of techniques based on well-established coaching and psychological theories and frameworks. Whether you are seeking to improve your communication skills, develop your leadership abilities, or manage stress and anxiety, I will work with you to develop a customised coaching plan that is tailored to your unique goals and needs.
