It runs a hybrid drop-shipping model whereby brand products are shipped directly from Australian suppliers, complemented by high sell-through international and private Australian brand products. It fulfills directly via a growing east coast logistics network to guarantee domestic shipping times and high quality. A technology company at heart, Hearth Amore makes innovative use of proprietary automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence to manage inventory, logistics, fulfilment, shipping, product sourcing, price competitiveness, marketing materials and even its own branding, allowing it to run extremely lean with lower overheads in an increasing competitive space. Founded in 2022 and privately owned, Hearth Amore is on track to do over one million dollars in revenue in its first year, with a high growth focus to double that in 2024.
