Our Hospice care is an interdisciplinary approach to holistic care designed to meet the needs of a person at the end of life when cure is no longer an option. Hospice considers the unit of care to extend beyond the patient and include the family and caregivers as defined by the patient. Our Mission is to provide optimal comfort and dignity to our patients through their end of life journey. We will achieve this by concentrating on patient and family centered goals with a focus not only on the medical needs but also by providing care for the mental and spiritual needs of our patients and families during their journey.
