HeartlineHK由一群大學生發起，希望爲受情緒困擾的香港青少年提供一個傾訴的空間。我們的義工會在每晚7pm至翌日5am致力聆聽和支援朋輩。我們相信有效的聆聽和對話能疏導求助者的情緒，讓對方感到被理解和被關懷，從而避免負面情緒的積壓。
Heartline Hong Kong is a free, peer-to-peer, non-judgmental listening service that operates from 7pm to 5am every night, through an online texting platform and a hotline. The organisation was started in 2021, and has been run continuously by university students. Through hosting the call service and various wellbeing workshops and fairs, we hope (1) to address the emotional issues among adolescents; (2) to achieve early intervention and prevention, and (3) to promote emotional wellbeing and awareness at campus and school.
