HEARTMIND

Heartmind is a not-for-profit social enterprise set up to promote mindfulness meditation and sustainable living. We offer several mindfulness-based therapeutic, personal and spiritual growth approaches available as 8 week courses, retreats and ongoing training sessions, delivered on both a one-to-one and group basis. We specialise in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), being registered with the Mental Health Foundation as trained practitioners, and Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). We also offer combined yoga and mindfulness meditation and heart centred mindfulness training.
