The Young Adult Rare Representatives (YARR) are a highly motivated group of rare disease community members between 16 and 30 years old. The main purpose of YARR is to instill confidence in the next generation of rare disease advocates. We want to ensure that young adults have a growing impact on public policy in the rare space, offer skill-building opportunities to foster growth in each individual’s advocacy journey, and have diverse young adult representation across each state.
