The injury cases arise from motor vehicle accidents, but also other accidents, including premises liability, slip and falls, or negligent security. The firm was founded by former local Trial Lawyers David Heath & George Rasky in 2000. We are now a 100% woman-owned firm. Owner and Managing Partner Jessica Bowen is among the roughly 1% of licensed attorneys in the State of Florida to have earned Board Certification in Civil Trials.
