Stark Coaching offers Executive Coaching, Organizational Development and Facilitation of bespoke workshops. Heather Stark work with executives and entrepreneurs to navigate transitions and move their organizations forward. She helps leaders set a clear vision, develop a strategy to achieve that vision, and intentionally move forward to reach their goals—while also maximizing their personal and professional potential. By helping clients solidify their priorities, they are refocused and re-energized to meet accelerating change and challenges in a sustainable way. Leveraging her experience working with companies navigating change to make culture shifts, Heather facilitates strategic planning sessions and workshops designed to build stronger leaders, improve communication and maximize organizational effectiveness and inclusiveness. Heather works with many leaders leading change, and speaks on how leaders can increase their effectiveness and the effectiveness of their organizations by identifying the demands on their time and energy, and facing their pressures head on.
