The manufacturing process with Roll-Bond technology enables optimal distribution of fluid channels, which leads to excellent heat transfer efficiency of HEATRAPLATES. Furthermore, the combination of aluminum alloys used to produce HEATRAPLATES enables very good plate formability for adaptation to bended surfaces. The total thickness of HEATRAPLATES is below 5 mm which is ideal for reducing the volume and weight of the assembly. HEATRAPLATES can be applied in circuits with water and glycol mixtures or other refrigerants.
