HeatRHIght

HeatRHIght is an innovative renewables funding scheme for the social housing sector, facilitating improvements in energy efficiency and a reduction in fuel poverty. We provide capital payments towards the purchase and installation of renewable heating technology. Our funding solution is very straight-forward with no debt or complex finance arrangements: the Registered Provider (RP)/ Registered Social Landlord (RSL) assigns UK Government-secured Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments to HeatRHIght in exchange for a capital payment. This additional source of capital for the RP/ RSL enables further housing upgrades. We are the UK's first RHI funding scheme for social housing landlords, enabling Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) targets to be met under the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).
