Since its inception in 1984, Heatsense has steadily built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading specialist thermocouple cable manufacturers. In more recent years the company has expanded its’ capabilities and now offers an extended range of enhanced specialist high-performance cables that operate in extreme environments.
Our range covers thermocouple cables, extension wires, equipment wires & cables, multicore cables, micro cables, fine wires & stranding. These cables are resistant to flame, oils, chemicals, operate in ultra-high vacuum (UHV), cryogenic & nuclear environments.
The company also offers an advanced technical design and bespoke manufacturing service.
Insulation materials include PFA, FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PEEK, EFGLAS, Kevlar, Kapton, Mica, Quartz, Glass & Ceramic Fibre, Cross–Linked & Halogen Free Materials.
We have a very broad client base from OEM machine manufacturers to direct solutions for Steel and Nuclear industries where very niche cables are required.
