HEBA is organized in two fundamental areas: Consulting services to companies that need to adapt and evolve their human capital to cultural change, and in an Education area from which Executive Education and Professional Coaching services are provided for individuals who wish to transcend. Today more than ever we need more human behaviors and emotional preparation to face them. The constant transformation that shakes our society demands a renewal of the organizational models from which new ways of moving, interacting and competing emerge. At HEBA we support and create all forms of Human Development that help improve people's capacity in order to create a healthier, richer and more free society. Our mission is to help people evolve so that, through self-knowledge, they are freer, provoke in others the capacity for change and thus awaken the sleeping society. We are linked to global purposes such as the United Nations Human Development Program (UNDP) and the Circular Economy of the World Economic Forum.
