Hebb Engineering and Building is licensed Contractor in the State of California with the following licenses: General A - Engineering Contractor, General B - Building Contractor and a C-10 Electrical Contractor. Hebb Engineering and Building is owned by Bryan Hebb as a Sole Proprietor, with several of our key staff that possess mechanical, electrical and refrigeration contractor licenses. We carry all required insurance and are bondable. Hebb Engineering and Building was established in 1995, after Bryan had been doing hands on construction, and construction management for the four previous years in an industrial environment. Bryan Hebb has been in management, or management related capacities since 1983.
