The HECD Program is a 5 year USAID-funded activity managed by Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC) in partnership with Florida State University. HECD develops the capacity of Lebanese Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to better prepare their graduates to be successful in labor markets in Lebanon and around the world. HECD capacity building includes professional development for university staff and instructors, career center enhancements, and job readiness, work based learning, entrepreneurship, and design thinking courses and workshops for students.
