Hector Property actively sources, invests and develops residential and commercial development opportunities just outside Zone 2 London & the South of England. We aim to maximise the return on investment which requires a carefully considered strategy. We aim for a 30% + yield on development projects & to achieve this we look at planning trends as well as the demographic needs of the present and future community. We also work on development projects with and without planning consent for a range of our partners from SME developers to property funds. Our development arm has been growing steadily, with a current pipeline of schemes in London, the Home Counties and the South of England, worth over £20 million. Finance: Our finance partner can offer up to 100% development finance, senior, stretch senior, mezzanine and equity finance. Insurance: Our insurance partner can offer a wide variety of property related insurance which we found to be 50% cheaper with additional cover compared to other insurance companies. Legal: Our legal partner specialises in property law and can assist in conveyancing, litigation, dispute resolution, commercial and corporate matters.
