In 2017, Dom Wilton created Hector’s Deli in the back streets of Richmond. A milk bar turned neighbourhood sandwich shop that would quickly gain cult status. For Dom, the challenge of applying his fine dining background to something that appeals to the masses is what motivated him to move to a more approachable offering. The desire to connect with people, and for those people to connect with each other, over simple, relatable food is why Hector’s Deli was created. With 3 thriving Delis in Melbourne and big dreams to expand across the state and beyond, Hector's is more than just a workplace - it's a community.
