Since 2009 Hednardo’s has remodeled, repaired and maintained houses, buildings, commercial spaces and and other structures all over the island. We are License #BA-15434-CN in the registry of General Contractors of the DACO agency in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In 2014 we partnered with licensed real estate broker Melissa Montero Melendez and created Hed Properties, the Property Management services division of Hednardos Corp. We operate under the License C-18028 of the commonwealth of Puerto Rico.We know dedicated this division to Buying and Remodeling houses for individuals and corporations.
