INSMA PSC, is an engineering, construction and facilities management consulting firm established in 2012 to provide support / services for public and private clients throughout Puerto Rico. Recent services rendered due to hurricane Maria ‘s impact include emergency work/protective measures scope of work required to mitigate life threatening conditions and further damage to client’s property as a result of the windstorm, property damage assessment, insurance policy claim support services, development of scope of work and corresponding unit cost estimate required to execute the permanent work/restoration of the client’s facility to its pre-disaster condition taking in account the corresponding property insurance coverages. Owner’s representation, construction management, permitting, benefit cost analysis / estimating, value engineering, construction quality control (inspection) and engineering consulting are some of the services provided.
