Heels & Feels was born just over three years ago by performer and business owner, Cherelle Jay. Passionate about providing a safe, supportive environment for women to find their power through dance, H&F began as a one-woman army which has since grown into a huge team of like minded individuals! H&F is providing the best dance classes in London & Birmingham for all levels to experience and is one of the most recognised dance companies in The UK and Europe. Community is at the core of everything we do at Heels and Feels and whether that is in a weekly dose of endorphins you feel during class, the support you receive in our intensives, events and workshops or the friendships you build at our retreats. We have brought hundreds of people together, from all walks of life and want to invite everyone to come and celebrate themselves on this journey. We are a space to let your hair down, dance like 'everyone is watching' and root for all your new dance friends, in class and on the gram.
