After working for Accenture and Elsevier I decided to start as an independent IT program manager Heeroma Interim Solutions in 2007
I am a senior program / project manager with broad experience in the financial services, temporary employment and telecom industries. Leading IT transitions, IT disentanglements, system introductions, on-premise to cloud migrations and the restructuring of IT organizations.
My core skills are with managing projects from business case to implementation including contract negotiations, supplier and stakeholder management, project finance, program and team management. am a sparring partner for business and IT management from strategy to operation. I am analytical with a technical background, result-oriented with attention to people and organization.
Heeroma Interim Solutions will donate a percentage of its revenues to the charity foundation which Bouke runs with a group of fellow IT professionals. The foundation supports tangible initiatives which makes the difference to the lives of the people who need it most.
