Um das Angebot möglichst unbürokratisch zu machen, bekommen die Jugendlichen ihren Lohn täglich. Seit 2010 ist heidenspassTeil des Esf-Projekts Grazjobs2. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts werden drei fixe Arbeitsplätze vergeben.
