The Global Leaders Institute is an OD Center part of Hejun Consulting, China largest Management Consulting Firm. We are an Action Oriented Expert Team focused at helping companies operating in China to develop High Performing Organizations with Synergic Inquiry as philosophy. Our convictions Due to the diverse nature of global world, we believe that global corporations have to learn to develop a common corporate culture which goes beyond the already existing different cultures. Using one culture to replace another culture just does not work! Such a common culture needs to be co-created, shared, and supported by people from diverse cultures. Otherwise, severe problems and challenges will continue to hunt us! The critical challenge for management is to ensure that companies maintain their corporate values and identity across various cultures. They also must build organizations that abandon the traditional geography-based operating models, which often fail to recognize dramatic differences in market needs and the resulting management challenges. Only under the condition that we develop common, shared corporate culture, can we develop global teams who can then transform strategies, performance systems, policies and business practices, leading to improved performance and sustainable development.
