HelaPlex is a subsidiary of Goffman Bougard, Inc. & the sister-company to LucasPye BIO. HelaPlex is also an investor in Jackson Taylor Therapeutics, Inc. We are a Commercial Co-Working / Wet Lab Facility managed per FDA's cGLP, cGDP & cGMP requirements - including 21 CFR Part 211. We will be located in Philadelphia, PA. Our wet-lab spaces are fully-equipped with the respective equipment for R&D work for biologic-based drug platforms. We also lease maker's space for prototyping medical devices, med-tech software applications & health-tech software applications. All of our spaces, equipment & software will be included in your monthly rate per your respective lease agreement with HelaPlex. HelaPlex has a consortium culture, and encourages are tenants to partner and/or conduct business, i.e. commerce for their respective goods & services. Each of our tenants are "vetted" prior to being allowed to become members of HelaPlex; and, they are encouraged to remain in our space for until they receive permission to execute Phase I Human Clinical Trials, i.e., Seed-Stage preparing to enter Preclinical and exit HelaPlex entering Phase I Human Clinical Trials. We also allow Health/Life Science Support Firms to occupy space within HelaPlex. These firms offer the following services: Accounting, HR, HR Benefits, Regulatory Services, Quality Assurance, and many more.
