Our service is available across the UK and beyond to support children and young people aged between 6 and 25 years old. Held Health is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Held's specialist, multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, family systemic therapists and occupational therapists are on hand to listen, support and help families better understand and navigate the mental health, autism and ADHD needs of their children and young people.

How it works:
[1] Book an initial assessment -- your journey with us will always start with an initial Consultant led assessment to help determine what you are facing and how best to proceed
[2] Complete a specific assessment -- where appropriate we may recommend a specific assessment for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties or specific mental health disorders
[3] Develop a personalised care plan -- following the appropriate assessment activity for your child, we will develop with you a personal care plan to support you to achieve your goals
