In 2014, Rania founded the organization Heroes Wanted. After years of experience with various non-profit organizations, she decided to start her own platform for the implementation of social ventures. Her goal is to simply do good, and to enable anyone interested to contribute to society worldwide. She is also professionally active in the context of sustainability: she works for Deutsche Post DHL Group in the field of implementing global social engagement.
