Helfen provide advice in relation to a wide variety of building related matters, from design of new buildings to re-modelling or remediation of existing buildings. We also provide assistance in relation to disputes about leaky buildings or other construction related issues. We understand that the construction world can be difficult and stressful to navigate. The Helfen team’s diverse skills and experience help us to guide our clients and find the most practical solution to whatever problem they are facing. We have a particular interest in design of buildings which explore the full capability of technologies available to us, including through passive house principles. We aspire to create buildings that both perform and age well considering fields of weathertightness, energy efficiency, sustainability and durability. Our endeavour is to produce quality architectural responses that provide both assurance and confidence in our building stock.
