In short, our technology utilizes RNA-origami that is decorated and functionalized with aptamers. A simple analogy is to think of the RNA-origami as the palm of a hand and the aptamers as fingers attached to the palm. We use RNA differently than others; we do not encode anything into the genome. We use RNA for its structural properties. RNA-origami is similar to paper origami except that it self-assembles into the three dimensional shape with consistency that is readily scalable.
