Hellenic Appeal Foundation

It all started with an idea and a willingness to support those who needed a helping hand. In the early 90s, Dr. Peter Limniatis and his colleague Dr. Athanasios Karamitsos decided to come together and send groceries to four families they knew had come across some difficult times around Christmas. Since then, the Hellenic Appeal Foundation has grown to help over 150 families around Montreal each December and April by giving them food and supplies they might need.
