Through our understanding of the African context and culture we aim to assist these young and aspiring graduates and young professionals in attaining their own economic and financial freedom through a purpose focused career.
We provide practical career focused skills and tools through one-on-one sessions, workshops, master classes, online content and knowledge sharing across various platforms, including our online learning academy. Using a purpose-driven approach to boost confidence, focus and encourage a growth mind-set one young woman at a time.
Our ambition is not only to be the driving force for career fulfilment and placement but to also cultivate a safe environment for sharing and evolution by having honest conversations about the factors that propel or hinder such career and personal growth.
