Hello Logistics is a Customs clearing agency Licensed with the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and a member of the Zambia Freight Forwarders Association (ZAFFA).
As a Clearing Agent: Hello Logistics essentially takes care of the customs clearance aspect of the business.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Arranges to pass the relevant documents at customs
2. Arranges for customs inspections as required
3. Check and process Duty and VAT payments as applicable
4. Apply for refunds etc where applicable
