Through many years of trial and error, I have developed a coaching system successfully help parents experience greater joy with their child. Additionally, having worked as a private nanny for over 10 years I know first hand how difficult it is to find the right fit for your family. I coach parents through the fears of "doing it wrong" and consult parents when they need to find the right childcare for their family but feel lost with how to start or what questions to ask.
