LGKT Help in Action for short is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 and run by volunteers. Its mission is humanitarian aid and poverty alleviation in the Himalayan region.

He is the founder of the Lama Gangchen World Peace Foundation.

kurz LGKT Help in Action ist eine 1992 gegründete, ehrenamtlich geführte Non-Profit Organisation, die sich die humanitäre Hilfe und Armutsbekämpfung im Himalayagebiet zur Aufgabe gemacht hat.
Zu deren Aufgaben gehören die Vermittlung von Patenschaften für hilfsbedürftige Menschen und die Gründung von Fonds für den Bau und Unterhalt von Schulen, Krankenhäusern, Klöstern und Wasserbauprojekten. Zukünftige Ziele sind die Verbesserung der landwirtschaftlichen Situation, Förderung und Erhalt medizinischer und kultureller Traditionen sowie die Integration behinderter Menschen in die Gesellschaft. Die Organisation wurde von Gangchen Tulku Rinpoche, einem tibetischen Lama gegründet. Lama Gangchen setzt sich weltweit unermüdlich für Frieden und den wechselseitigen Austausch zwischen Ost und West ein; dies sowohl unter kulturellen, als auch unter humanitären Gesichtspunkten. Er ist Gründer der Lama Gangchen World Peace Foundation.
