Our services include, but are not limited to: • We show your home to qualified buyers • Send an email blast to all licensed agents in San Diego county announcing the listing of your home • Advertise your home via the internet (any website that offers real estate as a search engine) • Showcase your property as a featured home on Zillow.com and Trulia.com • Have a professional photographer take photos of your home (including virtual tour) for advertising at no additional charge to you • Pre-qualify your buyers and help them with financing • Advise you on the pros and cons of every offer • Negotiate the best possible price for your home • Coordinate appraisals, inspections and other professional services • Calculate closing costs to estimate your net proceeds • Manage the paperwork for your transaction from listing to closing • Provide a lock box, For Sale sign and colored flyers Commission Structure: • Flat Listing Fee (upon the closing of the sale) • 2.5% Advertised to the Selling Agent in the MLS (if I represent the buyer for your property, the commission is further reduced to 1.5% of purchase price).
