Helpful Holidays is a multi-award winning self-catering holiday company, providing pre-inspected holiday cottages throughout the West Country. In 2018 we added to our awards in the UK’s Best Medium Self-catering/Cottage Holiday Company category at the British Travel Awards. For 34 years, our offices have been based within the breath-taking Dartmoor National Park, giving us pin-sharp local knowledge. Our 800 unique cottages in Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset range from the comfortably urban to remote and spectacular, and sleep anywhere between two and 38 guests. The variety encompasses beach houses, ancient farmhouses, historic manor houses, sea-view apartments and cottages of every shape and size. In 2017 we became part of the national Sykes Holiday Cottages, which has bolstered our marketing spend and helped to promote our owners’ properties to a wider audience.
