Helping Hands Community Trust

Helping Hands Community Trust is a local charity based in South Wigston, Leicester which provides free, professional and independent advice to the local community. We are people centred, recognising that there are often multiple issues which can people and that our aim is to help them thrive and play as full a role as possible within the local community. We work with other local organisations to improve social inclusion and to provide holistic services to support and improve the lives of the most vulnerable in our community. We work with local councils, foodbanks, PCNs, businesses and various faith groups with the aim to improve the lives of those who are our community. We have been in existence for 25 years and in the coming year we aim to work closer with partner organisations to reach as many people as we can to provide a vibrant and positive community
