Helping Hands Hawai‘i administers numerous programs that benefit the community, including the Bilingual Access Line, Emergency Assistance Program, SNAP Outreach, Community Clearinghouse, Ready to Learn, Adopt a Family and Representative Payee Services. These programs offers a full continuum of care for clients and represent distinct areas of need. They work in concert to help all of Hawaii realize its fullest potential in a rapidly evolving, increasingly global society.
