Recognizing that approximately 80% of Nigerians with mental health needs cannot access care due to various barriers, we have developed a platform aimed at bridging this gap for Africans. By leveraging technology and strategic partnerships, we strive to make mental health support accessible and effective for all Nigerians in need. How It Works: - Feeling Sad, Depressed, Anxious, Stressed, or Suicidal? Our platform is designed to provide immediate support. - Quick Access to Therapists: No sign-up is required. We prioritize your mental health over your data. - Get Paired with a Specialist: We connect you with specialists in the area you need help. - Decide Who to Speak With: Choose a preferred coach or therapist you would like to speak with. - Book a Session: Schedule a virtual session (audio or video call) with the therapist or life coach of your choice.
