We are developing a prefabricated façade element of natural materials hemp and bamboo that can substitute prefabricated concrete elements commonly used in construction. Bamboo is fast-growing and has strong structural capabilities. Hemp-lime has good hygrothermal properties, is pest-resistant and allows for better indoor climates. With this innovative combination of materials, we make a structural panel that is not only more climate-friendly but also creates better living conditions. We know the construction sector can be hard to reach. That's why we focus on making an element that fits into existing construction processes at a competitive price point. By making transition fast and easy for contractors, we aim for mass market to have the largest environmental impact.
