De wereld wordt al jarenlang letterlijk en figuurlijk overspoeld met niet- of deels afbreekbaar plastic. Dit heeft zeer ernstige gevolgen voor het milieu, dus ook voor mens en dier.
De missie van HemCell® is het stoppen van deze ernstige vervuiling, zoals bijvoorbeeld “plastic soep”, zwerfvuil en micro-plastics met een nieuw, koude grond composteerbaar polymeer met HemCell®.
HemCell® heeft een oplossing en is te gebruiken voor veel toepassingen, zoals bekers, bestek, golftees, koffiecapsules, zaaipluggen etc.
HemCell® biopolymeer is een vezelrijke grondstof, vervaardigd uit geprepareerd agrarisch palmbladafval en daardoor niet belastend voor het milieu. Door deze bio grondstof te vermengen met bestaande (bio) plastics zoals PLA, ontstaat er een geheel nieuwe polymeermatrix.
HemCell® is géén plastic.
HemCell® heeft een hoge hittebestendigheid met thermoplastische eigenschappen en is volledig koude grond composteerbaar en laat geen microplastics achter.
