Hi. We’re Matt and Kathryn Koch.
We started Hemko Projects after the successful renovation and sale of our first ‘flip’ home on the Gold Coast in 2020.
We worked in collaboration with a great design and construction team to deliver the Burleigh Beach Retreat, a Scandinavian inspired coastal oasis in the heart of Burleigh Waters, on time and on budget. With a focus on spaces that are full of light and natural ventilation, we create sustainable homes that people love to live in.
When listed for sale, the Burleigh Beach Retreat was in the top 10 most viewed properties in Australia on realestate.com.au and was sold under auction conditions within a week of being listed for sale. Since completing the Burleigh Beach Retreat, we’ve completed a duplex development called Kaari on Kiers in Miami, and have purchased our next development site in Mermaid Beach.
We now bring our skills and experience purchasing, renovating, developing and selling property on the Gold Coast to our clients through Hemko Buyer's Agency, helping them achieve their own property purchasing goals.
