Jason Kogok has called the Triangle home for almost 25 years and started his real estate career in 2002. He is extremely well versed in all things real estate and is an expert in pricing, marketing and negotiating. Over his several decades in the business he has built an amazing team and is respected among the best in the industry. He prides himself on best-in-class customer service and making sure that he is transparent with his clients and working for their best interests.
He holds a NC General Contractors license which is a great asset for his clients on many different levels. From helping negotiate inspection reports to giving pre-listing advice on what could be done to enhance a sellers value, he has a deep understanding on the return on investment to achieve the top dollar for his sellers.
He also teaches real estate investing at Wake Tech Community College, holds real estate seminars at NC State University, teaches continuing education for NCREC and helps mentor brokers. In addition, he is a top-selling Amazon author for his real estate book, titled "Plug the Holes, Fill the Barrel."
More important than any real estate accomplishments, Jason cherish's his family. He is supported by his wife and kept on his toes by his two children.
