Hemp Innovations Europe AB is a Swedish company that commercialises the EU's transition to a circular society. Website: www.hempinnovations.bio Developing bio products, we have recently started cultivating industrial hemp in Gotland with the largest farmers through our platform HempLand.bio. Legal, industrial hemp is becoming a future product in the agricultural and biofuel industries. Cultivating hemp can help address several sustainability challenges since the plants do not require pesticides as they are fast-growing and shading. Hemp absorbs 10-15 times more CO2 than grain and twice as much as forests making it the world most suitable plant for developing bio products while cleaning the atmosphere from CO2. We are currently developing jet fuel, bioplastics, heating pellets and seed bio oil in researches made in Lund university.
