Since 1993, Hemsons Engineers has been engaged in the manufacturing of precision turned and machined components, mainly used in two wheeler industry for engine and body parts. We are an IATF 16949:2016 certified company recognized by BSI.
Auto parts are being made through machining, forging, grinding, milling and honing processes duly heat treated and plated with very high precision upto 5-10 microns of roundness and diameter in grinding operations. We are also supplying these parts globally through two wheeler OEMs due to our unmatched quality and cost competitiveness. We manufacture more than 250 parts for leading two wheeler manufacturers like Yamaha Motors, Suzuki Motorcycles, Mahindra & Mahindra. We have three manufacturing facilities across Faridabad and Chennai.
