Henbart LLC is a Seattle based real estate company that develops, owns and manages commercial and residential properties in the Pacific Northwest. Started in 1922, we offer a century of experience in the acquisition and development of real estate with the ability to hold assets long-term and maintain hands-on management. We measure success by the quality of our real estate assets, and believe it’s our responsibility to develop and manage properties that add value to a neighborhood and greater community. Thanks to the greater community where we live, work and do business, we have a long and successful history. Since our first acquisition of the Third & Pine Property in Seattle, we have acquired and developed other successful commercial properties in the Pacific Northwest. We are a long-term hold investor with properties that have been in our portfolio for almost a century. We plan for building upgrades and are continually reviewing the latest advances in engineering systems. We regularly meet with experts and implement sustainability practices that ease the burden of tenant costs while supporting our environmental stewardship goals. Following the basic principles of serving the Northwest community, Henbart has built its reputation on strong asset management and customer service.
