Η ίδρυση της εταιρείας προέκυψε ως αποτέλεσμα της απόσχισης της EDIL HELLAS ATEBE, η οποία ήταν πρωτοπόρος στον τομέα του φυσικού αερίου, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξή της στην Ελλάδα.
