Heppinn Biosciences was established to support clients develop therapeutics, start biotech companies, and diligence/de-risk investments. Ongoing work is with nascent NewCos, Series A funded companies, Disease Foundations, and VC groups. Key activities include: - R&D strategy review (and recalibration) following landscape and/or gap analysis - Technology and/or narrative development with subsequent fundraising - VC and/or KOL engagement (for financing and advisory work, respectively) - Document development (regulatory submissions and opinion memos for litigation) - Scientific diligence – technology and/or asset review on behalf of investors
