About Us:
1998 - Heat Exchange Products (HEPWater) was founded in 1998 and initially specialised in heat transfer applications. Recognising the need to address water quality challenges, the company diversified its expertise into providing effective water management solutions.
2011 - HEPWater obtained ISO 9001 accreditation for its Quality Management System.
2018 - Our majority shareholding was acquired by the Allegrow Fund, which is managed by Eos Capital. HEPWater is 100% Namibian-owned.
2019 - Valco Pipes was acquired to offer water transfer solutions to our clients.
2021 - Namibia Aqua Mechanica was acquired, which enabled HEPWater to broaden its scope in water transfer solutions to new industries.
