HER Board is a board of women for women and anyone identifying as a woman. Joining simply means sponsoring a woman experiencing domestic violence.
We called it a ‘board’ because domestic violence isn’t a quick fix. Women need a steady, stable organisation and ongoing support behind them to leave domestic violence behind. As a sponsor, you’ll give her an ongoing funding stream for services like driving lessons, childcare so she can attend counselling, or a cyber safety audit of her home – basically whatever she needs to move on from domestic violence and lead a full, flourishing life.
