We produce our syrups as a purely natural product without any ABCD – no added colours, aromas or preservatives.
We receive a delivery of fresh fruits and herbs every morning. These ingredients are being processed at the very same day as they enter our Herbert ‚base‘. We are strict on the quality and freshness of all our ingredients, Moreover, we use mainly local suppliers.
Our goal is to bring smile and pure joy combined with absolute refreshment to our customers.
The core of our production process is maceration. In other words, cold infusing enable us to keep as much nutrition values of raw ingredients as possible... and to squeeze the perfect taste out of it.
Depending on the type of the syrup, the maceration process can last from few days to several weeks. The maximum purity and crystal clearness of our syrups is the result of using various sized filters at the end of our production process.
